2.1 Not Financial Advice

The content, signals, analysis, and data provided by ChartSniper AI are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained on this site constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any cryptocurrencies, securities, or other financial instruments.

ChartSniper AI is NOT a financial advisor. You should not treat any opinion or analysis expressed by our AI tool as a specific inducement to make a particular investment or follow a particular strategy.

2.2 Artificial Intelligence Limitations

Our services utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (specifically the Gemini AI Engine via Google) to analyze chart patterns. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI predictions are probabilistic, not deterministic.
• AI can “hallucinate” or misinterpret visual data, leading to incorrect technical analysis.
• The “Confidence Score” provided by the AI is a statistical metric based on pattern recognition, not a guarantee of future profit.
• Market conditions can change instantly due to news or “Black Swan” events that the AI cannot predict based on a static image.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, specifically the “Analyze Chart” and “Contact Us” features, you agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or contains malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI prompts, bypass security limits, or scrape our backend logic.
• Use the service to spam or flood our API endpoints (DoS attacks).
• Upload images that are not financial charts (e.g., personal photos, explicit material, or copyrighted material not owned by you). We reserve the right to reject non-chart content immediately.
• Send prohibited file types via the Contact Form. Only PDF, JPG, and PNG files are accepted for support inquiries.

4. User-Provided API Keys (BYOK Feature)

We offer a “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK) feature that allows you to use your personal Google Gemini API Key. This feature is intended for users who wish to bypass the Rate Limits (Requests Per Minute) associated with our platform’s public free-tier API quota. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Cost Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any usage charges, quotas, or fees incurred on your personal Google Cloud/AI Studio account resulting from the use of your User Key. ChartSniper AI is not liable for any costs associated with your API key usage.
• Local Storage Security: We store your key locally on your device (in browser Local Storage) and transmit it securely via HTTPS to our backend for the sole purpose of authorizing the request. We never store your key in our persistent databases.
• Service Availability: The functionality of the BYOK feature depends on the status of your Google account and Google’s API services. We do not guarantee uptime for third-party services.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

ChartSniper AI may contain links to third-party exchanges (such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.). Some of these links are “affiliate links,” meaning if you click on the link and create an account, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, solvency, or practices of any third-party trading platforms. You access them at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded chart screenshots), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChartSniper AI. Our “System Prompts,” UI design, and proprietary analysis logic are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ChartSniper AI, its creators, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any investment decisions made by you based on our analysis;
• Any costs or fees incurred by the use of your personal API keys.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
